Hi everyone! My name is Rich and I am a Foodie and Lifestyle Diet enthusiast.
What?! How can these two subjects even go together? Well, it’s simple. I love food, but I also love to stay fit. You’re probably wondering how that’s even possible and I’m here to tell you it is. You can have the best of both worlds with a little bit of discipline and determination.
Over the years, I’ve played around with different diets and the one I can rave most is a low carb diet (whether that’s in the form of Atkins, Paleo, Keto) and fasting practices such as a Warrior’s Diet, OMAD, and the 18/6. Add in some good old exercise and you’re golden! There are many studies out there to have shown plenty of health benefits.

I won’t go into the science of it (because you can easily google it!) but I can get into my personal experiences which have proved to be true. I found that if you’re serious about burning fat and losing weight, these two in conjunction has been the best for that goal.
I started ChowYouLater on the sole enjoyment of the whole restaurant experience as well as my dedication to diets. I want everyone to know that if I can do it, you can too. This blog will act as a resource for everything food with a focus on restaurant favorites and low carb recipes.
I think the best way to live is to have a nice home cooked meal every so often and eat out to celebrate life. Everything in moderation! That is how we, as humans, can truly appreciate the two worlds. I like to think this promotes mindful eating, something that can go unnoticed easily in our busy lives.
So with all of that said, let’s enjoy food and life.
